Food Safety Culture

Food safety culture refers to the values, beliefs, and behaviours within an organization that prioritize the safety and quality of food products. It encompasses all aspects of food production, from the farm to the table, and involves everyone in the food supply chain. A strong food safety culture is essential for protecting consumers from foodborne illnesses and ensuring the success of food businesses. It requires a commitment to continuous improvement, open communication, and shared responsibility for food safety among all employees.
