Purpose: Line inspection

A line is performed to ensure lines and correct are used.

Implementation

The line must be cleaned between each to prevent (cross) . The following aspects must be checked during line :

  • All labels must be cleaned up.
  • Product residues must be absent.
  • residues must be absent.
  • The must be absent.

In addition, before starting it is checked whether:

  • The correct labels are present.
  • The correct packaging is present.

When all the above is correct, the line can be released.

Production is not allowed if one of the above aspects does not comply. all taken on the production form.
