Purpose: Education plan
Every employee is trained. The following training and education are important for the various functions.
The following must be recorded for each position:
- Function
- Necessary languages
- Global training content
- Frequency
- Assigned trainer
- Evaluation method
Every training given must be registered. Every employee must sign for training received.
