Checking the condition of glass and hard plastic
Definition:
Glass and hard plastic: All glass and hard plastic objects that pose a potential hazard of being broken and entering the product.
Implementation:
The objects are recorded in iMIS Audit (glass list). Check the objects and record abnormalities.
Actions by abnormalities:
Immediate action must be taken in cases of broken or damaged objects that pose an immediate risk of product contamination. Naturally, this also applies to situations in which the safety of the employee is endangered.
The actions can include:
- The quarantine of products and the room.
- The destruction of products.
- Implementation of emergency repairs.
The actions depend on the abnormality.
If there is no immediate risk, repairs must be scheduled. It may be necessary to perform an emergency repair.
Record all measures taken.
